To Request An Account:
All Berry Faculty/Staff/Students will need to request and activate an account prior to being able to request space through the online forms. To request an account, select My Account, then Log-In using Berry network log-in credentials. Answer a few questions related to your profile and submit the request. Berry users will receive an email confirming when their account is active and available to use.

(Faculty/Staff) User ID:
jsmith (first initial last name)
(Students) User ID:

To Schedule An Event:
Select My Account, Log-In and submit your facility reservation request following the instructions on the following reservation pages. After completing and submitting your request, you will receive an email with confirmation and/or additional follow up information regarding your request.
It is important to remember that submitting an online room reservation request is a “Request” for a space and is not an automatic “Reservation” of the space. Additional approvals or information may be necessary prior to confirming the space. Please wait to advertise or publish a location until you have received a confirmation from the Campus Scheduling Office staff.
External groups and individuals interested in scheduling an event at Berry should contact the Campus Scheduling Office at 706-378-2880 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for availability and pricing.
To Browse for Space:
Select Browse and then Browse for Space. Look through the building and room listings to view availability.
To Request Services Only:
For service only requests, select Service Requests and then select from either Physical Plant Equipment Only or Telecom Conference Call Services for service needs in non-reservable spaces, such as an office.
